After photographing the bluebells earlier in the morning it was a relatively short climb to this wonderful view overlooking Windermere. Ambleside is off to the left while the town of Windermere is visible in the distance.
It was difficult to convince myself to leave this location, a great spot to enjoy lunch while also taking in the view. A view to remember . . .
