Radiator modifications
I couldn't fit my radiator back in due to the deeper crank pulley on the M54 Block so some modification was needed to the outlet position. While I was doing that anyway I figured why not go the whole hog and generally improve things. The radiator now has the fan switch at the bottom (fan comes on if the radiator hasn't cooled the water enough) plus the whole rad is going to sit angled backwards over the front cross member.
No comments on the welding please. I'm finding Ali much more tricky to make pretty than steel. It looks messy but is functional.
The patch on the bottom of the rad is where I drilled the hole for the outlet on the wrong side when I was getting to tired :(
