IVA Checks - Brake swap
I swapped the rear brakes from the Sportster onto my 325 and and the 325's onto the Sportster. They are a straight swap though you have to take the discs, calipers and caliper mounting brackets.
The original plan was to use the 325 as a legal way to bed the Marlin brakes in while waiting for my IVA retest. However, I then figured why not just go through the test with the bigger vented 325 brakes on the Marlin as they have over 10K on them and being bigger, may help a little on the efficiency.
Now the only risk is they perform better than the fronts and I'm caught out on that technicality instead.
I have my retest date now so hopefully second time lucky.
