In our hyperconnected world, I really miss the letters we used to write.
We all talk and talk so much yet there is a feeling of disconnectedness.
I am thankful for those boxes of old notes and letters and cards I saved from grade school and college.
Some of the friends have passed through my life--most, I am happy to say are still part of my life--but I have a fondness for the feelings all those folded pieces of paper carry.
