(Storyline) These First Few Steps - Part 2

“It’s safe to say that today has been years in the making. In a way, I feel like I’ve been waiting for this moment all my life. All the dreams, the half-realized clues; images of shadows moving through soft moonlight. Terror and a sense of purpose.
The constant struggle of Light and Dark. Skirmishes in the half-light of places that defy explication. Temples beneath the sand, water, snow, and the shadows of ancient trees. And stars .. so many stars!
If I hadn’t lived through all of this myself, I wouldn’t believe me either.”

Okay, so this is a different sort of entry for me and I'm still trying to figure out how it's going to go. What you see above is a bit of a character entry; an introduction, if you will, to a story arc I'd like to build over the next few months.
