Data Cooking Show
The Data Cooking Show brought together Data Scientists, Civil Society Groups, and Journalists to provide data learning by doing. The workshop hosted more then 200 participants who learned to find, collect, and analyze Open Data sets. Data journalists from The Guardian and The Knight Center were invited to share use case examples of how they use Open Data to write news stories and the impact of those stories. I worked with Consejo de la Prensa Peruana during the whole organization of the event.
