Bushtits worked much of the day on starting a nest, gathering materials and poking it around the nest. First seen pulling a wad of spider webbing and taking it high in the pine tree, the Bushtit began the nest, which has a horizontal hole and hangs from a bend in the branch. Second day, the nest is hanging twice as far, full of feathers, tiny twigs etc.
