ODC...Essential...It was essential that I get up early this morning so that I could finish icing the Christmas cookies. They are finished now, but I wanted to share the secret to the delicious frosting. It is ESSENTIAL that you add a couple drops of Lemon Extract to the icing. It gives it a light lemony flavor that enhances the already delicious sugar cookies, which can be eaten without all the icing and decorations.
