Where once a month the concerned and deeply involved in civic matters citizenry gather to hoot, holler, crab, and get the news from our Always-Thinking-of-Us estate owner, Neobokrug Elytis, and his gaggle of Devs. Next to me is Lunesta Matova, for ghoul she doesn't smell as bad as she looks.
