005/365 Tip Top
Tip Top hair curlers were a brand of hair curlers made in the USA. Carl W. Renstrom, the founder of Tip Top Products, patented the Tip Top Easy Curler in 1936. The curler was a simple metal design that sold extremely well. You could buy four of these aluminum curlers on a card for 10 cents. Apparently the consumer response to the curler was overwhelming. They branded their products Tip Top Curlers - For More Beautiful Waves
I found this one in a button tin that was sitting on a shelf in a dusty old shed.
