Today for the first time in so long in the state of New Mexico we are allowed to eat indoors( in Bernalillo County) at a restaurant. (25% capacity) but hey it's a step in the right direction.
Coincidentally Telemundo turned up to film tacos el pastor being made. Well worth documenting for me.
