Killer heels are a type of shoe that one could kill with, physically, mentally and emotionally. they are described as heels that usually have at least a 4 inch (10.16 cm) stiletto, very thin heel only recommended for experienced professionals and are 'high fashion' and expensive The shoe must be ridiculously sexy, stunning and an instant eye-catcher.
These must've been 6 inches (15.24 cm) and I don't know about killing with but I'd definitely be killed if I wore these by falling over and breaking my neck probably :)
