City Owl

A Barred Owl has been living in the downtown of Ottawa for a week or so. Terrible conditions to photograph it today with a miserable white/gray sky so I had to play a lot with this to get an ok image. Judging by prey remains under the tree, it is living off of rats and pigeons...and I have never even seen a rat in the city.
