We have been without power since sun. a.m. The dogs are not happy nor are we. We're hoping for downed lines to be fixed some time tonight. [and they were at about 8 pm] My bed smells like a swamp ...boo's feet have made perfect little footprints. Schubert smells funky. Chai is not happy, and I missed the golden globes. and worst of all, we still have mr trump as president-elect. sighhhhhh....

 

we're supposed to get another storm tonight/tomorrow with thunder and lightning and wind, that damn wind.

 

the pg&e guy told us not to totally unplug the generator we have for the fridges and one light in the kitchen. it may start all over again tomorrow. [tues]

 

i took a hot bath and washed my hair.

it's nice to have a flushable toilet.

leon said he was tired of being a pioneer after two days, one night, and six dogs.
