NORFOLK & WESTERN Y-6b 2-8-8-2 by United Models for Pacific Fast Mail
This is another recent purchase I made on Ebay. It is an early United model (Tokyo, Japan), that was imported to the USA In 1958. This came in, and still has, it's original green PFM/United box. These are considered "Crown" models because of their limited production, however, they are not rare since there were 494 of them made between 1958 and 1962. All brass construction. The photo was taken in very dark conditions, so when I lightened it a little, it became grainy, sorry for the bad photo.
