Two "North Coast Limited" Northern Pacific 4-8-4 engines double heading on the D&GRN by Kenichi Matsumoto
Kenichi: Last 2 weeks, I have been trying double-heading of the NP Northerns with the 11-14 cars North Coast Limited with the image of the prototype pictures in the book. Their Continental Divide division sometimes double-headed their 4-8-4s for breaking-in when one of the engine was freshly out-shopped from their Livingstone Shop. All of the passenger cars in my North Coast Limited are brass-made and the consists are so heavy. I am adding more weight to rear end of the engine's boilers."
