6.30 pm high tide snapping,the tripod and I slithering around on the rocks for a bit before eventually settling .Pitter - patter of rain threatening as the light begins to slip away , clouds rolling in behind Poolbeg and North Wall lighthouses, the wind luckily, not creating too much of a hullabaloo. 10 stop exposures quickly running into two ,then three minutes. Three stops at 4/5 seconds more doable. Dusk was well under way as i scrambled back over the rocks and cycled home ,incredibly people still swimming off the Bull Wall in the encroaching darkness ! Sundown , 7.30pm.
