....Jubilation for "Ford Nation" (Ford supporters) heard clear to downtown Toronto & city hall !! .... Toronto Mayor Rob Ford has won his appeal of the conflict of interest case that ordered him removed from office, a ruling that means he will remain mayor. In it's ruling Friday (January 25th 2013) the court said the appeal is allowed, because city council did not have the jurisdiction to impose a financial penalty on the mayor. It said the original ruling was flawed because "it required Mr Ford to reimburse funds which he never received personally" ....Artwork on side of Toronto dumpster, depicting Toronto's infamous Mayor Rob Ford & Canada's Prime Minister, Stephen Harper....
