The Guarantee - Del Rio, Texas

I believe The Guarantee was a 1960s-1970s era department store. It's been vacant for over a decade. (Reminds me of a W.T. Grant store) You can see the Kress Building which was built in 1928 and closed in 1996. (Thanks roadsidearchitecture.com) Further down the street is the Paul Poag Theater for the Arts. It was originally the Rita Theater, built in 1947.
