It was originally the Fengtian machinary Plant founded in 1896.
In 1902, the plant was changed to the Fengtian Mint Administration.
In 1907, it was integrated with the Julin Mint, and the Mint Administration of the three Northeast Provinces was founded.
In 1920, when it was integrated with the Fengtian military machinery, it changed its name into arsenal of the three northeast provinces......
After liberation, it was changed to mint of northeast banks, mint of the People's bank Northeast Branch, Shengyang People's Mint.........
