Where Have All The Flowers Gone?

PLEASE READ THIS DESCRIPTION, THERE IS A QUESTION REGARDING THIS PHOTO THAT I NEED HELP WITH!! THANKS!

It has been ages since I have uploaded a photo here in Flickr!!

 

I have been out buying PC components for my next build; this laptop has seen better days and LR4 is simply killing this.

 

This prompted me to literally go for "broke" and get me an i7 3770 and other components which my PC geeky side of myself will not bore you guys/gals right now (you can find me talking nerdy/geeky at this PC forum: TekSyndicate.com).

 

So here is a simple photo, but I'd like some feedback... is this too saturated for your tastes? I am to submit this to my university (yeah, it may be just a simple photo, but strangely they love it... how about my other photos!? LOL) so I am a bit conscious about submitting it like this.

 

I kinda like the way I processed this, but I may simply be biased. So help me out!! Tell me what I should do in post processing?

 

Remember, it is this photo my university wants, so no one saying "change the angle", "go closer", etc. LOL
