The Scent of Petrichor

Been a crazy time indeed, but when I do have time for respite, I either play video games, play some guitar, catch up on some readings and update myself on the COVID-19 research developments, spend time with the family, or as much as possible, find things I can photograph while at home.

It rained today, during summer, which is a blessing, and the scent of petrichor is such an inviting scent which is very much needed in the stressful state we are all in right now.

Took a few photos with my Nikon D7200 of the dew on the leaves of the plants around the front lawn, but also thought of taking an infrared photo of them with my Nikon D70, hopeing for an interesting outcome, and I must say, I love the colors on this one.

Hope everyone has been doing fine and safe, as the world literally stops for a moment while the pandemic still rears its ugly head, but we will prevail... it will only take patience. But together, we will overcome this!

Take care of yourselves and that of everybody else.
