Suzuka Circuit Pitlane Walk
Was blessed to have been able to walk around the pitlane in the Suzuka Circuit after the Qualifying Session of the FIA Formula 1 Japanese Grand Prix!
I gave a preview about a few months ago when I got even closer to the two Scuderia Ferrari SF71H cars (my favorite team since I started watching F1) and I will definitely share those photos!
For now, these photos are of a few cars apart from that of Scuderia Ferrari, while they are parked up ready for scrutineering by the FIA officials as per mandated after each qualifying session.
Usually, pitlane and track walks are done on Thursdays of a Grand Prix weekend, so cars are usually still in pieces in their respective garages, so it was certainly a blessing to have seen these cars this close and complete after the qualifying session.
And again, it was perfect, because when both the Ferrari (and even that of Lewis Hamilton's Merceded GP W09 car) were done being scrutineered, I was just right beside them when they were hauling them back to their garages. And yet again, I will definitely share the photos here.
Simply put, I thank God for this! I was certainly blessed to have the perfect timing!
Here is Daniel Ricciardo's Aston Martin Red Bull Racing RB14 being worked on; don't forget, they just got back from scrutineering, not actual setup work is being done here as cars are now in Parc Ferme, literally meaning "closed park" in French, so they aren't allowed to make any setup changes anymore.
