Vanilla beans in dark rum (Explored) Thank you!!

I wish we had scentaflickr as well. Smells great and tastes even better!

Thank you to Sarabeth Levine, the award winning jam maker and restaurateur.

It was in her cookbook Sarabeth's Bakery, that I first learned about making these vanilla beans.

when I used one today, I thought they looked great in the swirled glass jar I keep them in.

(she also makes the best Peach Apricot jam)
