september 12 - lunch

made strawberry banana oat bran PROTEIN “muffins,” ate 8 out of 9 of them. NO SHAME.

 

low calorie, moderate amount of carbs, low fat, high protein, high fiber, ~low sodium

 

it had about 34 calories each. i devoured them for lunch ;D my mom really wanted to try one, so i brought one over to her. when she tried it, she laughed. she didn’t like it. she then went to the kitchen and started saying how i used to like sweets and chocolate and stuff. she then put her muffin on the counter top to rot. i told her that she better eat it or else. lol.

 

guess my taste buds have changed. but this is why i can’t bake - because i end up eating everything. i mean, yeah these were low calorie. but i mean if i baked something ~unhealthy, i’d eat it all just because they were available. lmfao. no self-control.

 

but all in all, i’m happy. and yes, i honestly do want MOAR.

 

* i have a lot of nice pictures of it on a small plate and stuff, but i decided to post this picture instead because of has ALL of the muffins in one pic, lmfao

 

again, no shame.

 

what's in it?

- oat bran

- egg whites

- banana

- strawberries

- vanilla extract

- cinnamon

- forme yogurt

- sugar-free syrup

- baking powder

 

* i forgot to put bran niblets in for more crunch and fiber. next time i'll probably put some cocoa powder (neopolitan!!!) or even add some pb2 in or something. weet-bix in this sounds nice as well.
