G BAMF MBB Bo105DB s/n S036

Formed in the mid-1960s Management Aviation Ltd first engaged in agricultural spraying work until acquisition of their first twin-engined Bo105D (G AZOR) in 1973. From then on their principal business was that of supporting the North Sea oil industry. At the close of 1979 a fleet of twelve Bo105 were operated mainly under the subsidiary name North Scottish Helicopters.

Initially an all-white scheme followed later by a dayglo red the livery seen here on G BAMF seems to have been a combination of the two earlier schemes.

G BAMF was retired during 2005 and scrapped. At that point it had amassed almost 23,000 flying hours which is thought to be the highest of any Bo105 anywhere in the world.
