onion dip!
This stuff is SO GOOD! Make it for your next party or gathering that you can bring a dish to. I also made croutons (aka toasted baguette with olive oil) and carrot sticks for dipping.
A recipe from 101Cookbooks.com, a great site for wonderful stuff that is often vegan and mostly (always?) vegetarian.
