The ice continued to fall all morning after a recent snow in Yosemite, CA. A loud thunderous crash would sound every few minutes. Sometimes I could witness the ice falling and hear a delay of the sound as it was far away. This image celebrates the waterfall by duplicating the ice fall with a refractor lens. It is a beautiful icon for the valley combined with the thunder as it slowly disappeared until another storm.
