E7-WDT Icar Air - Let L-410UVP-E20 @ Kunovice
The remains of this Let 410 are stored in the corner of a hangar in Kunovice. This frame was involved in an accident on landing in Ancona - Falconara Airport, Italy, on 5th March 2015. The airplane, operated by Icar Air for DHL, was on a cargo flight from Sarajevo to Ancona. Upon landing in strong winds, the nose gear collapsed and after scraping along the runway a minor fire ensued which spread into the cockpit. Thankfully the three crew escaped uninjured.
