Ring cake figurine

This is my best "sooc" shot of the top of the "Kransekage".

 

The cake consists of baked rings made of marzipan, arranged in layers and glued together with suggar or chocolate. I prefer chocolate myself but that's a matter of taste =)

It's a typical/traditional treat on New Years Eve and other festive events, like jubilees, (adult) birthdays, weddings, and on Christmas Eve too.
