Former CTA and C&NW trainman Bob Janz is seen in the cab of one of his beloved CTA freight motors S-105 at Skokie Shop in 1977. Bob was the CTA Freight Motorman during 1963-1964. Bob has a nack for telling stories and he hasn't lost his touch. I visited him today for a couple of hours and had me laughing the whole time! Bob worked for the C&NW, CTA and Santa Fe / BNSF.
