Eagle Arms Pose

yoga pose for beginners. Stretches upper back & shoulders. Cross left arm over right, bend at elbows. Right hand fingers wrap to grasp left hand palm. Turn thumbs towards face. Inhale, lift elbows & look towards ceiling; exhale, lower elbows.

 

Increases upper back circulation, relieves stress.
