Dazed and confused
The Library of Birmingham and part of the adjoining Repertory Theatre reflected in the Birmingham Symphony Building, Birmingham, England.
The library opened in 2013 and it is a very interesting building from the outside and very functional inside. The only problem is that Birmingham Council did not allocate enough funds to cover the cost of running the building so opening hours have had to be shortened. The glass lift also has never worked.
