streamlined NYC two-tone gray caboose

I made this Katy caboose copy less parts-intensive than before by stripping away the SNOT work base and steps. It lost a lot of character, but it's cheaper now than it was.

 

I've started finding parts for the hoppers and caboose, and the latter model needs less than 10 parts until it's done. (The hoppers need just shy of seven hundred parts until they're done.)
