In the rear half of the command center on the lowest floor is a TV showing a short documentary film about Classic Space forces to potential new recruits, a refreshment station for the break room, and the exit to the base proper. The new level shows Benny's office, with his desk, a large trophy, and a supercomputer mainframe behind his chair. The final level shows another radio telescope computer (one of two) and the control panel that powers the communication dish on the building's tower roof back on the front half.
