Rowing on
Saturday was the last day of Summer Eights, the third term's inter-collegiate rowing races. Given that it was the only day of the four with any sunshine, everyone went down to watch (and drink Pimms). River sports are definitely at their best in the summer.
On the right is Brasenose men's second boat (who I know 3 or 4 of) chasing down a Lincoln college boat. They are about to 'bump' it and thus win the day's race (well, as much as you can in this sort of racing).
