Authenticity

In the centre of Madeira - possibly as a Christmas/New Year thing - there is a little recreation of some traditional Madeiran life, including these open fire stoves used for baking the local popular bread, called Bolo de Caco. We've had a lot of it as garlic bread at restaurants, and we approve.
