The most casual way you can say it is just חַג שָׂמֵחַ khag saméakh ‘happy holiday’. You’ll sound stilted if you explicitly spell out the holiday’s name, and especially if you call it by its cliché moniker חַג אוּרִים khàg urím ‘holiday of lights’.
