Contemporary Back Bay Condo
Three students from overseas, who were coming to Boston to continue their studies, contacted J. Schwartz Design about handling interiors for a large penthouse apartment in Cambridge with spectacular city views. The apartment was simply a white box surrounded by windows. With a modest budget and tight timing before the school year started, we had just three months to complete the apartment from top to bottom with furnishings, artwork, linens, lighting, window treatments, table ware, flatware, and bedding. The clients were abroad while the work took place, and approved all design decisions via phone and e-mail. We completed the job on time and on budget to clients' utmost satisfaction. They are delighted with the transformation and happy in their new home.
