Today's story and sketch "by me", I have caught up with five window Larry and his wife Bernice they are Big Beaked Torks, from the Planet Ciconi in the Aves Constellation. Larry' and Bernice became heroes to the residents of the Playa Beautimus Retirement Resort's pet owners, since the day they opened the Playa Beautimus Pet Emporium. The "PBPE" is the only pet shop on Earth that sells the most popular Pet Pies in the galaxy, the Ciconi Moon Pies that Bernice makes fresh daily with ingredients so secret Larry has never been allowed in the underground baking bunker,. He did get very close one evening, it was after he heard a loud explosion coming from deep underground, fearing for Bernice's safety, he went down eleven floors before he had to turn back because the stench from the fermented Ciconi Batter, it was more than he could he personally endure. Larry knew the only thing he could do was call the most trusted person in the Galaxy in any disaster, Rescue Randy the most interesting living tissue crash test dummy in the Cosmos, and the most fearless First Responder on Earth. Luckily Randy just happened to be close by, bowling with Bernice's Sister Lola at the Lake Havasu Lanes. Larry called Lola, she told Randy about the explosion, all tournament play was suspended, Randy and Lola took off in his space time continuum dimension saucer, and within five minutes where at the Pet Emporium. A few minutes later Randy was being carried out of the stairwell by Bernice, seems Randy was overcome by the stench and past out. Randy was comatose for two days in a Martian Vaporizer Body Bag, and left safely laying in a flower bed before Lola was sure it was safe to open the bag, burn all of Randy's clothing, and give him life saving mouth to mouth "CPR", Randy's full recovery will have to be a story for another time, until then taa ta the Rod Blog.
