Doo Drop

Today's story and sketch "by me" you see the latest Lawn chair flying machine

out of the "FSU" Flying Stuff University, by a new designer Swapadi Saba, who

after talking with her Career Guidance Counselor (Rescue Randy) at "MIT",

Martian Institute of Technologies, Intergalactic anti mater worm hole

drive systems division. Randy talked her into transferring to FSU after they had dated a couple of hours, or a day, maybe two. Randy noticed right away the

interest she had in Lawn Chairs that could fly, and potential she had for

filling in the gaps that the Propulsion division was having with unreliability

of some, or most of the Anti Gravity Propulsion Drives they had been recycling.

Swapadi working with Doris Kagler in the lawn chair design studio, handcrafted

the Quicksilver 24, around a nice casual nylon weave beach chair, with a double

wrap on all of the bamboo joints for strength, covered in a nice heavy Gage silky fabric then painted with Environmentally safe water base silver poly paint.

Doris made very few alterations to the 24 to make it nice and roomy for test

pilot Gwayne and the new anti gravity drive designed by Swapadi, she named

"DOODROP", Decomposing Organic Odorless Dynamic Reflex Orbital Propulsion

Drive. This first flight is looking, so far so good as the 24 Glides just above Limpy Gofish who is really hoping it all goes well, otherwise he is the one who

will have to clean up the mess.

We hope to have more on the reliability of the DOODROP drive soon,

until then taa ta the Rod Blog.
