Wahaca Chicken mole
Wahaca in Covent Garden is a growing chain (3 in London) of casual restaurants serving Mexican Street food. It was opened by Masterchef champion of 2005, Thomasina Miers.
Mexican mole, pronounced "mo-lay" (in this case Pablano mole I think) is something I've always wanted to try. Here it is sitting on an enchilada with rice and shredded chicken.
Very rich and sweet. I found it hard to finish but this was probably because I had eaten everything else before starting on this.
