K... is for Kamili

So here i am back with the chimps in the afternoon, and one of the Kamili/Kuma K's posed for me. A bit of a pink tinge from reflections on the glass, but otherwise rather clear shots!

I couldnt see any evidence of a recent scar over the right brow, a scar i now associate with Kuma. And this one has got the rather distinctive poking-out-at-the-back hairstyle. So. I'm guessing this is Kamili.

 

After taking these pix, i went searching for Kuma. I think i found her, but she promptly sat down with her back to me. It was almost time for me to leave. I thought i'd sit down for a bit, have a snack, and see if Kuma would turn around. I was so glad i stayed that little bit longer, as the afternoon throw-over of food happened, and i was there to see The Giant Watermelon Incident, which all started with Kuma catching a whole intact watermelon ...
