After the ant finished feeding at the flower, it came over to investigate me.

Now that's unusual, too. Most of the other single biggish ants i've encountered have been quite camera/person shy.

I wish i'd got that head in focus, but when the biggest ant i've ever seen comes charging towards me, i do a rincewind and retreat.
