Sanders 103 Holt Depot Yard 150316

Here we see Sanders Wright bodied DAF DB250LF type number 103 - LJ53 NHN in the Holt Depot yard. Not yet in active service, as it awaits the fitting of an electronic destination display and fleet number, it came from Arriva North London, but was originally new to Arriva South London as their DW45 in November 2003. The third of three similar vehicles to join the fleet, the others being LJ53 NHP and LJ53 NHV which respectively carry Sanders fleet numbers 104 and 109.

 

Alongside we can see that the destination display on Musketeer “PORTHOS” 119, an East Lancs bodied Scania N230UD Omnidekka, has been in a fight with a rogue stone and is thus temporarily "Hors de combat".
