Sinking

I could not resist this image of the sun sinking behind the fog bank coming in over the Pacific Ocean and the clouds glowing in the distance. The weather forecasters were all raving about how good the sunset would be in twenty minutes, but on the ocean side of the hills around San Francisco, the sun was completely shrouded three minutes after this was taken. I'm glad I did not drive all the way to the beach for a closer look!
