Rabe Calzone

It's a mystery of my palate that, while I'm hyper-sensistive to bitterness (even the lamest beer is unpleasant on my tongue), I really like broccoli rabe. Especially with spicy sausage in a calzone.

 

Not the loveliest marinara there.
