Naples, Italy - Political Demonstration c 1920s - Dalmatia Irredentist?

This appears to be a fascist organised demonstration moving through the centre of Napoli. The prominence of the 'Dalmazia' banner suggests that it might be targeted at the recovery of Italy's lost territory of Dalmatia, and perhaps more generally irredentist? Can anyone throw more light on it?
