Squadron Leader Cyril Kydd - Agadir 2010

Cyril Kydd, Squadron Leader ex-RAF, lived in Agadir for 18 years. Now in his 91st year, he tries to make at least one trip back a year from his home in Devon. Cyril is modest about his 'war', but among his many exploits he piloted the plane that made the parachute drop of the first inflateable sea rescue vessel (designed by Uffa Fox), on May 5th 1943. He also flew Tito around on his tour of Burma. A Liverpudlian by birth and early upbringing, he has the scouser's sharp wit and irrepressible crap detector. Should you meet Cyril, tell it as it is, or else!
