Teachers and other Staff Group Photo - Forfar Academy and Lower Academy c 1954

Pupils were generally oblivious to the constitutional link between the fee-paying Lower Academy (primary) and the entirely inclusive Forfar Academy (secondary) and I imagine it wouldn't have impinged much on the staff of the two schools either. But they did share a titular Head ( Dr Allardyce, Front row, Centre) and here the two staffs are combined for a group photo.
